The new owners of Culcreuch are committed to strengthening the heritage of Culcreuch Castle Estate.
Together with new management, the previous owners continue to inspire and carry out both the short and long term plans envisioned for Culcreuch, ranging from interior renovation to building expansion.
These plans are being transformed into a phased-in implementation, under the experienced and professional guidance of John Amabile, with upgrade of Castle interiors already underway.
Many of you will know John from his years in Television presenting a number of Design Shows.
The programme of upgrading will be carried out over the winter months during quieter periods to minimise disruption to our guests.
We are grateful to John and Carol of Amabile Design for their patience and planning to help achieve this.
This first phase will be followed by a one-time Castle expansion to the rear of the building as permitted by the planning commission, later leading on to additional courtyard suites with a grand conservatory integrated into the Galbraith Function Hall for weddings and conference events.
With Customer Service and Satisfaction uppermost in their priorities, the new Management Team at Culcreuch Castle is concerned to reassure future guests that work is being carefully planned to minimise any intrusion from contractor activity.
They are confident that the renovations being planned for the Castle will add to the comfort and enjoyment of all visitors, whilst ensuring that the ambience, heritage and traditions of this 700-year old Scottish Castle will remain secure and firmly in place for centuries to come.
