Culcreuch Castle Hotel's first floor Fine-Dining Restaurant features elegant candlelit table d'hote dining.
Back when the chiefs of the Clan Galbraith called for victuals, kitchen staff had to make do with whatever simple ingredients they had at hand. But that included fresh salmon and trout, all manner of game, rich tangy cheeses and, in season, wonderful vegetables, wild mushrooms and berries.
Fresh Scottish produce is still the basis of what we do today. Imagine having such a larder to choose from!

The Restaurant is situated on the first floor of the Castle, accessed via the main staircase.
Due to the "Listed"Â status of the Castle buildings, it has unfortunately not been possible to install a lift.
