Scotland is a wonderful choice for a walking holiday, with Culcreuch Castle Hotel well placed with its very own Trails and close proximity to the internationally acclaimed West Highland Way.
Whilst not actually on the West Highland Way, Culcreuch is close enough to be used as a starting or warm-up location.
There are several way-marked walks on the Culcreuch Estate itself, with others around Fintry, the local village. Just ask Reception at the Castle, who will provide an information leaflet with map for several Walks starting at the Castle itself.
For the intermediate or more serious walker, the famous Trossachs area of Scotland is within a very few miles, where the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park was specially created to satisfy visitor needs of all kinds.
